Recycle?

So we were told to start using these tiny narrow bins for all our trash and recycle materials. Today is the first day we start using them. When the recycle bin was full, I took out the plastic bag and tied it. I asked the coordinator where i should put this bag of recycled plastic. She told me to just toss in the regular dumpster outside our backroom 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

What’s the point of separating trash and recycle material when they are all gonna end up in the same dumpster?
